Can I pick my order up?

Yes! Collection of trampolines is available in Auckland and Christchurch. 


We use third-party logistics in both locations to store our trampoline. Collection is available, but please be aware of the following:


  • All collections require confirmation date and time booked. 
  • Not all accessories are available for collection and will need to be couriered separately to you. 


Process

  1. Simply press the collection button in the cart before going through to checkout.
  2. Checkout as per normal, still entering your "shipping address" so we have a record of location for warranty.
  3. We will receive a notification alerting your collection request and we will be in contact within 24hours to book a date and time. Please note it takes some time to organise with our third-party providers depending on location:


Auckland

  • Trampoline Pickup is available Monday to Friday.
  • Pickup is generally 2 working days' notice, please liaise with us to confirm. 


Christchurch

  • Trampoline Pickup is available Monday to Friday.
  • Pickup requires 2-3 working days' notice, please liaise with us to confirm.
